Tushar is a communication specialist with over 14 years' of experience in communication fields such as advertising, public relations, corporate communication, public affairs and event management. He specializes in relationship management and development of marketing and corporate communication strategies including various aspects of Branding through communication. Prior to joining Rediffusion, he has worked with leading communications companies such as Enterprise-Nexus, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, IPAN and Perfect Relations. During the last 12 years, he has worked on various communication assignments for Indian and global corporate houses.

Some of them are category leaders like Tata Group, Egypt Tourist Authority, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, Citigroup, Philips Consumer Electronics, Bluetooth SIG, Hitachi, HLL (Hair Care & Nutrition), Zydus Cadila, Government of Gujarat, Rasna, Suzlon Energy and Torrent Group.
