Tushar is a communication specialist with over 14 years' of experience in communication fields such as advertising, public relations, corporate communication, public affairs and event management. He specializes in relationship management and development of marketing and corporate communication strategies including various aspects of Branding through communication. Prior to joining Rediffusion, he has worked with leading communications companies such as Enterprise-Nexus, Vaishnavi Corporate Communications, IPAN and Perfect Relations. During the last 12 years, he has worked on various communication assignments for Indian and global corporate houses.
Some of them are category leaders like Tata Group, Egypt Tourist Authority, Etihad Airways, Singapore Airlines, Citigroup, Philips Consumer Electronics, Bluetooth SIG, Hitachi, HLL (Hair Care & Nutrition), Zydus Cadila, Government of Gujarat, Rasna, Suzlon Energy and Torrent Group. As part of a continuous learning process, Tushar shares his knowledge as a visiting faculty to various management & communication institutes like Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), MET Institute of Mass Communications (Mumbai), GLS School of Management etc.;

He holds postgraduate management degree in Marketing & Mass Communications from M S University of Vadodara. He also attended a Leadership Advancement Program at prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He spends his spare time reading non-fiction management books and taking long drives with family. His prized possessions in his ever-expanding library are personally autographed books by leading marketing and communication gurus such as Al & Laura Ries.
